• Take offs of any hardscape (house features, fences, patios) and determine treatment (remove / replace)
• Take offs of any softscape (planting) and determine treatment (remove / replace)
b) Photograph Existing Conditions
3) Base Map/Documentation of Existing Conditions
4) Prepare Master Plan Design Alternative(s)
5) Conduct Design Review Meeting

PHASE TWO - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
1) Prepare Master Plan Base (w/Revisions as Necessary)
