5) Correspond w/ Owner/Contractor/Consultants
6) Conduct Design Review Meeting(s)

PHASE THREE - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
1) Demolition Plan, Notes, Legend & Specifications
2) Grading / Drainage Plan, Notes, Legend & Specifications
3) Layout Plan, Notes, Legend & Specifications
4) Planting Plan, Plant List, Details & Specifications
5) Irrigation Zone Plan (Design/Build by Contractor)
6) Lighting Plan, Notes, Legend & Specifications
7) Construction Details of all hardscape elements: paving, steps, walls, fences, gates, decks, wood structures, etc.
